Welcome to our Website. We have tried to keep it as simple as possible for you.  We have changed the way we work to make it even more convenient for you. You no longer have to come to us as one of our Technicians will come to you to help you directly with your problem or will pick it up from wherever you want. Just fill out a Service Request or give us a call and one of our Technicians will get back to you as soon as possible to discuss your query.

Computer / Laptop / Macbook Repair:

We will try to fix the problem you are experiencing straight away at your home if you are based in the West End, Whiteinch  or Scoutstoun areas of Glasgow. As long it doesn't take more then an hour it will only be a fixed fee of £40. If it takes longer than an hour, you have two options: we take the device with us to our workshop to finish the repair at no further cost or; if you need it fixed urgently you can opt for our Premium Service which is £20 per additional half an hour.

If you want us to take care of everything, you can alternatively choose one of the pickup options mentioned below. We pick up your device for servicing and deliver it back to you as soon we are done with it. You are able to track the live progress of the repair here on the website in the "Repair-progress-check" section so you are always in the loop.

iPAD / iPHONE Repairs:

If you experience any issues with your iPAD or iPHONE, let us know and we will sort it out for you. We will pickup the device from you and will deliver it straight back to you after it has passed our Quality control.



Pickup options:

pickups only available in Glasgow City; WestEnd; Whiteinch and Scoutstoun area at the moment. If you live elsewhere please contact us so we can make special arrangements or arrange for pickup within area mentioned above.

For your convenience, we come and get your faulty device directly from where you live.

at your favorite coffee shop (coffee on us)

Nothing is nicer than a hot cup of coffee in the cafe around the corner, especially after the frustration of a broken device. When we get in contact with you to arrange a pickup, just pick a coffee shop nearby as your pick up point and while we discuss the issue you can have a coffee of your choice - on us!

at your work place

Another popular option among our customers is to arrange a pick up while they are at work.
No need to run to the next computer shop just to find out that you have to wait. We will pick up your faulty device at the arranged time & place and you can stay focused on whatever you are after.

at campus site (for students)

You can arrange for us to pickup your laptop at any campus in Glasgow. Our goal is that you don't waste any time getting back up and running! 

On site repairS

We do offer a premium repair service on site which means you can get back to work on your device immediately once the repair is completed with no delays. We recommend you speak to one of our Technicians in order to get a estimate for pricing and repair time.


Drop-off option:

we started to build up a network of drop-off points in Glasgow where you can hand in your device in your own time. If the drop-off point at present is not close to your location we recommend to have a look at our pick up options. 



We are happy to announce that the first drop off point will be live on Monday the 23th of March 2015. The drop off point is Willis Pharmacy in Scotstoun. The address is 1566 Dumbarton Road G14 9DB and it is just 8 Minutes away from Byres Road (by car).

This means that if a pickup / on site visit is not convenient for you, you can drop your device off in your own time.  

They are open Mo-Fr 9-6pm and Saturday 9-1pm. 

The staff there will make sure your device is handled with the highest possible care. Also you will be handed out a receipt for the proof of drop off..

If you're not sure what the problem is or which service you need, just click the "Send service request" button below. A new window will pop up where you can describe the issues you are having and send it over to us. We will get back to you as soon as we can with a quote for the fix. Alternatively give us a call on: 0141 959 2081. In some circumstances it may be necessary to inspect your device first in order to give you an exact quote.

For Software problems: 

We will try to fix your problem straight for only £40 as long it doesn't take more than an hour (this only applies when you pick our at home service). If it takes longer, you have the option for us to take the laptop with us to our workshop to complete the repair for no additional fee or if you need it urgently you can make use of our Premium Service which is a meagre £20 extra every half an hour. 

When our technician picks up your device he will have a quick look at what might be the cause of the issue. If he can fix the problem straight away (within 30min) you will be given a discounted price of only £30!

All the repairs are carried out at our Workshop in Whiteinch.
